DONT BUY FROM HEREDon’t buy from them! They don’t have customer support readily available! When you call they don’t answer but randomly call you back without leaving a message. They don’t allow you to write reviews on any products. You’ll notice that there’s limited reviews on products but you can’t add your own. I sent an email & contacted them via the support channel on the website. I got no follow up email that my inquiry was being reviewed UNTIL I called them. Right after I called them I got an email back but sent my emails 3 hours prior. Then there’s rude ass MIKE in customer service who randomly called me AFTER the recording said “customer support is not available”. MIKE didn’t listen to any of my complaints, he talked over me and told my product was coming today but it is not because it is just sitting at the distribution center. He didn’t even check that! He made it seem like I was lying. When I told him he that he never acknowledged my situation, he said “oh it was just a misunderstanding”. I asked him can I get a refund, “it just depends”. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
